Last Friday, YouTube disabled my video, “Islam: Religion of Injustice,” on the grounds that it violated their hate speech policy. (You can watch the video here.) By acting on today’s activism campaign, you will send a message to YouTube that legitimate criticism and hate speech are different things. Besides acting on this campaign, people with YouTube accounts can also upload the video to their accounts in order to protest YouTube’s decision. You can download the video right-clicking on this link and clicking “Save Link As…”. Of course, if you do this, YouTube might impose limitations on your account or even delete it.
